AT&T CARE West Overview

Welcome to AT&T's CARE/Subscription Products and Services WEB site for AT&T 2-State Region including California and Nevada.  This site provides Access Carriers with a current source to the AT&T 2-State Customer Account Record Exchange (CARE) procedures, as well as information necessary for the efficient and accurate exchange of data relating to the CARE process. CARE was developed to facilitate the exchange of end user account information between Access Providers and Access Carriers. It contains a wide range of transactions for use between Providers and Carriers.

Updates and changes to AT&T 2-State CARE process will be communicated via the WEB site and the process changes will be incorporated in the supporting document.

Notification of changes will be communicated in Accessible Letters, distributed via e-mail. If you do not receive AT&T's Accesssible Letters, contact your Account Manager to be put on distribution.

Carriers wanting to activate their CIC code(s) for interLATA and intraLATA offerings, or existing carriers wanting to subscribe to Subscription products, need to contact their Account Manager for assistance.  The    Subscription Agreement  , required to activate a CIC code can be found here. This form does not replace the Access Service Request (ASR) process.  Contact your Account Manager for assistance in preparing this forms.

Carriers having additional questions regarding CARE-Subscription should contact their Account Manager. Your Account Manager can also help you order any of the Subscription Products offered in AT&T. Carriers who are unsure of who their Account Manager is, may contact:
