Notification of changes will be communicated in Accessible Letters, distributed via e-mail. If you do not receive AT&T's Accesssible Letters, contact your Access Account Manager to be placed on the distribution list.
Carriers wanting to activate their CIC code(s) for interLATA and intraLATA offerings, or existing carriers wanting to subscribe to Subscription products, need to contact their Access Account Manager for assistance. The Subscription Agreement , required to activate a CIC code can be found here. This form does not replace the Access Service Request (ASR) process. Access Carriers requiring assistance with CARE/Subscription issues should contact their CARE Account Manager as indicated below:
